   Well, I really think that different people's bodies loose weight in different areas, even if the same exercises are used. I say this because I observed a lot of weight loss(in myself as well) during my strengthtraining class last semester. Despite the fact that we were all doing the same exercises during circular training, we all buffed up and lost weight at different paces and places. Personal experience tells me that targeting specific areas is difficult, and usually easier if you get used to vigorous workout first. The best exercise in my opinion is and exercise that lets you use your own body weight(push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, squats, lunges, crab shuffles, supermans etc…). Also, if you're really serious about burning some fat make sure that you are always hydrated, give yourself reasonable rest periods, are aware of your limitations, and use the right posture while exercising. Also, don't just jump into a vigorous routine. Ease into something, setting a daily goal and raising it by the week(example:20 ssit-upsduring week one, 40 ssit-upsduring week two).

   Well most would instinctively say sit ups/ crunches etc. But it depends on a variety of things. 3 mains things: 1) Nutrition 2) Genetics 3) Exercise: Stomach crunches & Cardio. So basically, you have to eat right and do a lot of cardio and abs exercises, you can't do much about genetics i'm afraid but what you can change you should work on. There are a loads of exercises out there to help. One website i use is bodybuilding.com – it has loads and loads of exercise for EVERY single areas of the body and has videos to show you how to do them. Hope this helps.

   1) Hanging Knee Raises 2) Leg Raises while laying on the floor 3) Tucked Lever Raises (also called Hip Thrusts) 4) Grab Ankles Lift.
